Festivity begins on July 13th
on 13 July at 11.30 am, come and attend the military parade which will take place at the Hôtel de Ville square, with weapons and artillery music.
At 8 p.m., we will meet you again at the Hôtel de Ville square for the opening of the 2018 National Day Party Ball. This year, the ball is organized by Double Face. The festivities will be made up of must-see hits from the 80s to today.
Then at 11pm, let's meet at the Bellangerais stadium for a fantastic 25min fireworks display! Happy coincidence of the calendar, July 13, 2018 falls on... Friday! It is therefore quite naturally that the title of this year's fireworks is none other than "Rennes it is your lucky day". For the occasion, a big fair wheel will turn throughout the evening and it is the fate which will decide the theme of the fireworks. Upstream, several themes, fireworks and music were selected, according to the drawing of lots for the wheel.
You choose the final music!
Another novelty, it is on you to decide the music for the final bouquet! Via an internet vote, 3 songs (Breton of course!) are proposed. It's up to you to elect your favorite! To vote, it's this way.

Free shuttles to and from the fireworks are available.
Departure at 19h30 from République (stop on line 11 in front of the brasserie de la Paix)
Bus departures are also planned every 10 minutes from 19h30 to 20h30, every 6 minutes between 20h30 and 21h30 then every 2-3 minutes from 21h30 to 23h.
Metro traffic is extended to 1h45
