•     Quays of the Prévalaye - Ponds of Apigné starting from the Place of Brittany - 8 kms A / R + loop 2 kms

The most spectacular and appreciated course of the Rennais. A few strides of the center, one finds oneself quickly in full nature. It begins in the city center from the Place de Bretagne and takes you to the Apigné ponds.

The park of Thabor and its 10 hectares is a quiet and particularly pleasant place to run near the historical district, on a hilly course.

•     Prairies and Canal Saint-Martin - 4.8 kms loop

A 5-minute walk from Place Sainte-Anne, path with alternating landscapes in the heart of the Saint-Martin prairies, along the canal and residential areas.

•     Promenades des Bonnets Rouges - 5 kms A / R

If you prefer to be immediately quiet, along the river, the Promenade des bonnets rouges is easily accessible from the city center. It starts on rue Alphonse Guérin and runs alongside the Vilaine.

•     The Parc des Gayeulles - loops of 4 and 6 kms

With an easy access, the park has the advantage of having large car parks, near the swimming pool. From there, the first loop begins and goes around the huge park of 100 hectares, between forest and ponds.
